  Chan! I just want to thank you from thee botom of my heart for being Eric's Guardian Angel! When he came out of surgery and we wee home he told me that he saw you at the hospital. You were watching over him with your big beautiful smile. You are always with him. The two of you only met once on that Great Saturday before Father's Day but, you hold a very dear place in his heart and mine. He had pictres of you in his bedroom and he talks about you often. 
 You will always be our little angel! We love and miss you a lot. Close

Mom always said never say never ...for it is a long long time. And never under estmate the power of GOD.
Isn't it funny that the very things in life we say I can't do that, GOD says yes you can. Isn't it wonderful when we stop fightening our way out of something and let go and let GOD handle it. Isn't prayer wonderful? If we could only learn on earth to not be so selfish and to accept GOD's decisions in life, wouldn't here on earth be a better place if we would just do this ? I have learned in the past year, months, weeks that what ever he lays in front of you, just step on and do it and don't ask questions. For our Lord knows whats best for us. Each day Tyler and I talk about you, your love, your smile,your love for the animals, he never has removed your clothes off of his Bear and he sleeps with you every night. Some nights I  go in there and he is holding you close in his arms. Those clothes and your teething ring are my last material items, but not the last of you by far. If I live to be 100 yrs old I will think of you every day, just as today. God helps us walk with the loss of you a little easier as time passes, but tears still far when I think of all we have lost. I thank you for loving me, for holding me close to your heart, for sending rainbows down to b brighten my day for the look on you face in th picture that sits in my window seal. Thank you for always reminding me to love a stranger, to give more than you receive, to love the lost, to win souls to Jesus. Please keep me focused on  the importantant things in life, the small things, not the big things, not money, not material things but pure love, kindness and the energy to help the needy. Oh ! Where do I start?  This has been a long time coming and I have never been able to speak about this, but I got this site in an email, so here is my chance.  I am not so sure you remember me, but boy do I remember you.  How can anyone forget such a beautiful little girl such as yourself?!  You were one of the first babies I had in my nursery at your Uncle's church.  You were the shining star of that room, as well as any other room that you walked in to.  Ms. Candi and I loved it when you were in the room with us.  We always had so much FUN!!  

I still remember the last time I laid eyes on you.  You were so, so pretty in your little green and pink dress.  Your hair was pulled up (although I don't know why.... you always pulled it out as soon as your mom closed the door) and was flipped up at the ends.  Laughing, as always, and playing as always.  

I remember just sitting on the floor and playing with all of you and thinking that you were unusually mischievous that night... There's a song that makes me think of you...some of the words just make me think of you...if I had only known I'd never hear your voice again I'd memorize each thing you ever said.

If I had only known it was my last night in your light I'd pray a miracle would stop the dawn and when you'd smile at me I would look into your eyes and make sure you know my love for you goes on and on.  If I had only known, oh the love I would've shown if I had only known.   

Your funeral was one of the hardest things I have had to do in a long time.  Your tiny little casket was a sad sight but in your time on earth, you did more for Jesus than most anyone does in an entire lifetime.  An entire lifetime!  You have made your parents so proud.  You will forever be in my heart and one day, we will be able to play ring around the rosie again!!

Hi Chandler,

What a beautiful job your mom has done with your memory web site.

I think of you often, at night when I sit on my porch and talk to God. I think about you, my dad and others that have passed from this hard world to a better and more beautiful home over the past year. I can almost see you singing, dancing and playing in heaven. What a beatiful angel you are.

My heart aches for your mom & dad and all the others who love you so much. (send them lots of hugs & kisses often) I have no idea what your mom & dad and the rest of your family have had to go through and will continue to go through over the years, but I know one thing for sure. Although your time on this earth was short, you, one precious and beautiful girl, touched the hearts and lives of many, many people including me.  Many that you never got a chance to meet while you were here on earth, but you will one day. 

It is because of you, your brief life here on earth and the testimony of your mom & dad that many people who did not know the love of Christ before; now do, and you will get to meet them all in heaven one day. Wouldn't it be awesome if each and every one whose life that you made a difference in could reach at least half of the same number of people that you touched with your life.

Oh, How I miss you. The Mountains were beautiful as I celebrated your birthday on a mountain overseeing the land. Beautiful clusters of butterflys gathered on a rock. As I leaned down and looked at them they stayed still and did not fly away. I felt your presence around me. I felt comfort and love,  peace and hope.

Today like everyday, lots of never ending love coming your way baby girl.  My heart wouldn't allow me to celebrate your birthday today physically because it hurts too bad.  But spiritually there is a huge celebration going on.  At 5:45 am this morning on my way to our yard sale, I was singing you Happy Birthday!  Your mommy, TT, and me spent the day together.  We strayed from discussing it, but our hearts were linked missing you with every breath and wanting to recognize this very special day.  Thank you for shining down on us so vividly and letting us feel your presence often.  Today on the way home from town I was looking off out the passenger window with you heavy on my mind.  Fighting to be strong and happy for your day.  I saw a van as we pulled up beside them when I noticed a little girl in the very backseat looking out the window.  The windows were tinted and I didn't realize she could see my looking at her when she gave me this big wave.  I asked Wyatt if he saw her and he said no.  I explained to him what she did.  He did read into as I did.  My eyes filled up even more missing you and wishing that was you waving at me with excitement.  As we continued driving they sped up beside us as she sticks her face up to the window and smiles so big all I saw was snaggle teeth.  I lost it.  I saw you and only you.  I knew that was you smiling at me through that little girl.  I know you are so happy in heaven, and truly the life of the party.  Try not to drive Jesus crazy with your ball popper YY and I got you.  I think your Daddy and Mommy must have forgotten because they haven't returned the favor.  Garrett is trying to say your name and recognizes all of you pictures.  You will always have a huge influence in his life.  I will make sure of that.  You live within him everyday and he doesn't even realize that yet.  Just like Marlee.  They are learning all of your favorite things and giving all of your dirty looks. Ha!  The ones we love and miss so very much.  The "are you crazy?" looks.  You know, like TT.  Savannah thinks of you often and reminds us of that.  She feels your presence often and is quick to share it with whomever is in the room.  We love you Chandler and need to feel you more and more everyday.  Wrap your arms around your Daddy, your Mommy, and your baby brother in these last months of pregnancy and for the months to come.  Send them your blessings and love like never before.  We love you with all that we are.

  Dear Chan:  There is not a day that goes by, that I don't think about you and your antics.  I cannot express how much I miss you, because I have never missed anything as much.  First of all, I want to say happy birthday baby.  # 3!  I can still picture you on your first birthday, with your cake all in your face, and watching you open your new toys and clothes.  I never have enjoyed shopping, but when it was for you it was actually kind of fun.  I miss giving you gifts and watching you open them.  I can still see you stomping around in your new Nike's I gave you for Christmas.  I remember when your mom came over one thursday to drop you off to gran, and I told your mom I would watch you for a few minutes while gran got ready.  You looked at me with that "you can't tell me what to do" look.  You walked into the dining room, and I curiously followed wondering what you were discovering.  You looked up at the TV stand, then looked back at me and pointed and said "peeeassssssseee".  I looked at what you were pointing at and saw the infamous play-doh, that you had been banned from for putting it in your mouth.  But the cute look that you gave me was to much, and soon we were both messing with the good ol' "play-doh."  
          Chan, I want to tell you that things are going pretty good down here.  Your Mommy and Daddy are about to have a little brother for you.  We are all excited.  I saw Savannah, and Garrett, and Marlie a few weeks ago.  They are all so cute, and I know Savannah is going to tell them all about you.  I just want you to know that you are always with me, and that I think of you every day.  Please watch over all of us, and talk to your mom and dad, and all of us as much as you can.  Because I still talk to you.  I love you Chandler.

The past few hours it has been storming and I thank you and God for the RAIN! As you informed us, GOD SENDS THE RAIN! You are continuing to touch lives and we thank God for sharing you with us and for blessing our family with your presence! As I am 5 mos.pregnant with your baby brother on the way....all I can do is think about you and how I pray that God will share a HUGE part of you in him...I know he will be so different but I also know we will see you in him...and WE CANNOT WAIT! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH and I get so excited thinking of the day we will be together again and as you know...WE WILL NEVER BE APART EVER AGAIN!!!  TOGETHER FOREVER TO GIVE YOU ALL MY LOVE AGAIN!!! Savannah stood up on our couch the other night with me & Daddy and just randomly noticed your picture on the mantle and with Excitement in her voice hollered "Chandler!" with a big smile on her face! Hey Chan,
One more thing I wanted to tell you about Savannah and Garrett.  You know how you like to give massages like your mommy does.  Savannah loves to play hairdresser.  On the entertainer there are these little things she pretends she gets shampoo from and does everyones hair.  She loves to pretend painting fingernails and toenails.  Guess what?  Garrett loves giving those shampoos as well.  Don't tell Uncle Wyatt though.  That will be our secret that Savannah is training him. :).  I also want to tell you Garrett can say everyone's name even your Daddy's name as well as your mommy's.  I know there is more to tell.  I had it all in my mind what to write you as the kids were sleeping.  I was holding Marlee.  She doesn't like to stay in the playpen.  Sometimes she sleeps in my arms for two hours or more, sometimes less.  Just like Savannah did and Garrett liked to be rocked to sleep.  He was easier laying down afterwards.  Savannah was at times as well.  You loved to be rocked to sleep as well.  I hated when I had to let you all go to sleep on your own.  Unfortuanately , Marlee's time will soon be coming as well.  I have more time left though.  Anyway, I wanted to say, as I am sitting there on the rocker recliner chair that long,  there is a lot of time to think about the things the kids said and did in the morning or past days I know there was more I wanted to say but can't think of the all right now.  They will come to my mind sometime though.  I think of the things you did as well when you were here.  You are still here with us though in spirit and mind all the time.   Bye again.  Lots of love, hugs and kisses, Love you, Miss Rose Close
